Well after much research and frustration I have finally figured out how to start blogging again. This time I will keep detailed notes and a list of passwords to get in.

Aging is not for the faint of heart! You must do these technological things on a daily basis if you want to remember the how of it all.

Eighteen months have gone by since my last blog, now I feel like I"m in the confessional, LOL

Mr. Buttons and I are still active with our stamping. We do a Live @ Five Tuesday Afternoons bringing you the lastest Stampin'Up news,updates and specials. Then we top it all off with a treat. We make a card or two to showcase Stampin'Up products.

 First of All, Happy Thanksgiving to my American Friends! May you have lots to be grateful for!

Yesterday, on my FB live, I played with the November paper pumpkin Gifts Galore.  Oh what fun this kit is . So much fun that I decided to start a kit club.

So here are the details.


Join me on the THIRD Saturday of every month from 1-4 pm mst for a Zoom call and craft.  Having a tea and stamping with others is my favourite way to spend an afternoon.

Base – 6-7/8 x 6-7/8″ Score all sides at 2″

Side Wrap – 3-1/2 x 11-15/16″
Score at – 1-9/16, 4-7/16, 7-3/8, 10-1/4″ (Or simply wrap it around the base to get your score lines)

Top Boxes (x2) – 4″x 5 5/8″
Score at 1 3/8″ all sides

Lid – 5 x 5 Score at 1″ all sides (add an extra 1 /16″ if the lid is too tight)

 Today's FB live took us on a stroll through Eden's Garden. 

We created a wonderful

Cutting Dimensions:

BASE:

• Mint Macaron: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4", measure from the outside edge of the

cardstock at 1 1⁄4” and cut from the crease of the card base to the open edge. Complete

this step for both sides of the card base.

BASE SIDES:

• Basic Black: 1 1/8” x 4 1/8”, cut 2

• Designer Series Paper: 1” x 4”, cut 2

BASE CENTER:

• Basic Black: 2 7/8” x 4 1/8” + scrap for the scalloped edge

• Designer Series Paper: 2 3/4" x 4”

• Greeting: 3/4" x 2 3/4"

• Window Sheet (bridge): 1 1/4" x 5 1/2"

INSIDE:

• Thick Basic White (greeting)3/4” x 3”

• Thick Basic White (inside): 4” x 5 1/4"

• Basic Black: 1 1/8” x 4”, cut 2

Tri fold shutter card

 Good morning Friends!

Today's feature:





Hand Penned Fancy Fold(tri fold shutter card?)

Supplies needed:

Card stock: Card base 5 ¼ x 11

                       Basic White 7 ½ x 5; 1 ¾ x 2 ¼

                       Basic Black 2 ½ x 1 7/8 ; 1 ½ x 2; 4 ¼ x 5 ½

DSP;             

                       2  pcs 1 ½ x 5; 4 pcs 1 ½ x 1 ¼; 2 pcs ½ x 3 ¾;

                       1 pc 1 ¼ x 1 ¾

Instructions:

Score your card base @ 1 ¾, 3 ½, 5 ¼, and 7

Measure 1 ½ down from the top and 1 ½ up from the bottom

Cut between the first and third score line.

Apply your DSP panels 1 ½ x 5 to the first scored panel And the fourth panel.

Apply your four small pieces 1 ½ 1 ¼ to scored panels 2 & 3.

Apply your piece of black which measure 2 ½ x 1 7/8 to the left of cut piece of panel 2, there will be overlap of apx 7/8 of an inch.

Apply your piece of black which measures 1 ½ x 2 onto panel 3. Adhere your piece of DSP 1 ¼ x 1 ¾ on panel 3.

 

Stamp a sentiment on your piece of white which measures

2 ¼ x 1 ¾ and adhere to panel 2 on the black.

 

On your piece of white which measures 3 ¾ x 5, stamp another sentiment (if desired), decorate this piece with the 2 strips of ½ x 3 ¾ , one on top & one on bottom.  Adhere this piece to panel 5, using liquid glue.

Final step adhere the entire piece to the basic black piece which measures 4 ¼ x 5 ½.

Paper trimmer &/or scoreboard

Liquid glue, tape runner stamp n seal +
